PLEASE NOTE! The 'SHIPPING AMOUNT' is NOT included in your 'GRAND TOTAL AMOUNT' when you place an order at our Secure Online Shopping cart, because we charge shipping EXACTLY according to the WEIGHT and DESTINATION of YOUR Package. We don't charge shipping according to a certain dollar amount spent, otherwise you would be over-charged. This way you only pay the ACTUAL Shipping Amount for YOUR package. The 'Grand Total Amount' that you see when you place an order online, is the 'Grand Total Amount' for the PRODUCTS you ordered.

In order to give you the Best Shipping Rate without over or under charging for shipping, we use two Services, Standard UPS Ground within the US and US-Airmail for packages to Alaska, Hawaii. In order to more reliable to foreign countries, we now ship UPS which in most cases will be 2nd day air.
UPS always requires a Physical Address, they do NOT ship to a P.O. Box address.

To place your order and pay with a Postal Money Order or Certified Bank Check, simply call our Toll-Free Order Hot-Line at: 1-800 395 2196 during regular business hours Monday - Friday 10-3 Eastern Time, and one of our friendly sales staff will take your order over the phone. You will receive your product total and the exact amount for shipping. Shipping is charged according to weight and destination of your package. SHIPPING RATES within the United States:
Packages within the United States are shipped by UPS Ground (unless you specify in the section 'special delivery information' of our Secure On-Line Order Form that you wish to receive your package by 1st, 2nd or 3rd day). We charge the actual UPS-Rate according to weight and destination of your package plus only $ 2.00 to cover most of our costs for pick-up services and shipping materials. We do NOT charge any additional fee for handling. If you wish to receive your package by either 1st, 2nd or 3rd day air UPS, please specify in the section 'Special Delivery Information' on our Secure On-Line Order Form.
The more products you order, the better the shipping rate! In other words, if you order products for 5, 10, 20, 40 or more pounds, the UPS shipping rate increases only a couple of cents per pound above 3 lbs, whereas US Mail charges considerably more.
Please keep in mind that the 'Grand Total' you see on our Secure On-Line Shopping Cart reflects the total cost of Products. Inside your package, you will find a Sales Draft including both Product and Shipping Total. We also include an information sheet with basic instructions on how to use our products and an order form for your convenience inside every package.
If we incur additional charges due to incorrect information given to us at the time the order was placed, such as incorrect shipping address, missing apartment, floor, or suite number, incorrect street number, or missing business names, etc. - these extra charges that UPS will charge to our account, will be passed on to you.
Shipping to CANADA and OTHER COUNTRIES:
Please be aware that MANUKA HONEY USA charges for PRODUCTS and SHIPPING only. Customs may charge you an additional fee to 'import' Manuka Products into your Country. We do not know if and how much Customs may charge you.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do NOT accept any returns from a foreign country for any reason at all, except damaged part of a shipment. Further Note that we do NOT accept any returned items based on complaints 'that custom charges are too high' or any other similar petty reason. If you wish to receive our products, it will cost you a little more to import them into your country. We do NOT know how much customs will be, you will need to contact Customs directly. SHIPPING POLICY:

Within the United States, our standard way of shipping is UPS Ground. If you receive a package that has been partially damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged part of the shipment under one condition: You MUST keep the package in it's original box and show it to the UPS Driver, (yes, even sticky honey) so he/she can VERIFY the damage. UPS has experienced way too many costly 'False Claims', and now require personal inspection of ANY damage caused in transit before sending claim forms.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST INSPECT SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. We will NOT honor any complaints AFTER 7 DAYS of receipt of package for ANY REASON AT ALL.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air Shipments:
If you placed your order after UPS pickup time, your order will go out the next day. The day you placed your order, can not be counted as the starting date of the shipment.

Call us first at Tel: 1-800 395 2196. We will call UPS for you, to find out why your package was delivered late. If your package was delivered late, due to extreme weather conditions, such as winter storms, blizzards, ice-storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, high winds, or any other weather condition that inhibits UPS airplanes and Trucks to safely conduct their business, UPS does NOT issue a refund. These severe weather conditions are 'not in their control', therefore UPS will NOT issue refunds, caused by such conditions.
Please Note: MANUKA HONEY USA is NOT the shipper, therefore we can not issue you a refund, if your package is delivered a day late, due to severe weather conditions - NO EXCEPTIONS. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
