instant
order
confirmation email
to
the
email
address
you
provided
when
placing
your
order.
The
confirmation email
will
tell
you,
that
you
will
receive
another
email confirmation,
however that
is
not
the
case.
Once your order has been processed and picked up by UPS, tracking begins.
You should receive an email directly from UPS (not us), with your tracking number information. Please make sure, that you add our email manuka@manukahoneyusa.com and UPS to your "good" list of emails you want to receive.
If
you
do
not
receive
an
instant
email
confirmation
of your order, and an email from UPS after processig your order, it
is
because
some
email
programs
block
in-coming
messages, such as Earth
Link,
Fire
Fox
and
other
programs.
All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours during Regular Business Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5 EST,
provided
that
all
products
are
in
stock
at
the
time
the
order
was
placed.
Our NEW Office, Phone and Shipping Hours of Operation are: Monday-Thursday 9-5 EST. When you place an order requesting "Next Day Air" on a Thursday (after 12:00 noon cut off time), your order will be processed the very next shipping day - Monday - so you will receive your package on Tuesday.
We ship all orders via Standard UPS Ground. You will receive your package typically within 4-6 Business Days. If you selected UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air, you will receive your package sooner. Keep in mind, that 12:00 NOON is CUT OFF time to process expedited orders. Orders received after 12:00 noon, will be shipped out the next business day (not counting weekends such as Saturday, Sunday and Holidays).
Orders to Canada, are shipped via UPS Worldship Expedited Services, and usually get to Canada within 3-5 Business Days, depending on customs. If you are ordering from Canada, the online shipping rates seem high, however, we will give you a discounted shipping rate and refund after processing your order, so you can order with confidence. The discounted UPS shipping rate to Canada is about HALF the amount that you see online when placing your order.
Packages to

Alaska are shipped via
US Priority Mail,
or UPS upon your request.
