You can stop auto-shipments any time. Just call us during regular business hours, 15 days prior to shipping your next order, so we can cancel your auto-ship request and prevent the next shipment from leaving our premises.

If the next shipment has already left our premises, there is no way for us to stop a shipment while in transit and we assume that you wanted this last shipment. If we do not receive a 'stop auto shipping' request 15 days prior to the next shipment, we can not refund your money, as this is an on-going order you wish to receive from us on a regular basis.

To complete your Auto-Ship Request, please call us during Regular Business Hours MO-FR 9:00 - 5:00 to supply us with your credit card information, so we can open your file and start your auto shipments today.
