For years I had this Acid Reflux & Heartburn. After each meal, I kept on burping and burping and even when I was asleep, I had to wake up just to burp, if I don't, then I felt so uncomfortable and this affected my sleep. I've been taking Aciphex for more than a year, but never worked out. My condition remained the same. I had undergone Endoscopy, and I was diagnosed with H. Hi Elaine...I am very happy so far with the results that I have witnessed. I go to see the infectious disease doctor tomorrow....boy, will he be surprised when he finds out I didn't use any of the drugs he prescribed! We just wanted to share our success again with you on your Active Manuka Honey with regards to a bad cut my husband, Koji received while at work on February 8,2008. My husband Koji who is a Sushi Master was at work cutting Scallions really really fast and missed and cut his finger at the knuckle pretty deep! It was severe enough for him to leave work early and come home, but he did not tell his employer as he is used to this type of thing with being in the Sushi business over 24 years. My boyfriend did extensive research on your honey, because he was having stomach problems. He ordered your active manuka honey and he felt better after taking it (17 UMF). The Photos are taken 5 1/2 weeks after surgery (Feb. 22, 2008). I thought it was going to be a simple surgery of removing a cyst off the middle toe on the right foot. As you can see, it is shocking to see the results of the surgery after so long. I was not able to walk properly due to pain coupled with the surgery boot I had to wear as my toe was very swollen. Customer Testimony: How a serious case of cellulites from a MRSA infection was completely healed with Active Manuka Honey.
Since I have been using Wound Care 18+ on a very serious case of cellulites from a MRSA infection, which he picked up in the hospital, it has shown significant improvement. I decided to use the same honey on cellulites, when it appeared on my mother’s arm (below a tear in the skin on her arm). She is 91, and her skin is very fragile. This is my 18 year old son's hand after a firework accident on July 2, 2006. These were second degree burns. After it happened, I started searching the internet for anything about burns... and the second place that I came to was you guys. I started reading, and that was it.... I ordered it right then... I had recently discovered tea tree oil... so...anyway, for the first 9 days, we put silver sulfadiazine cream on it sort of like the Dr. wanted us to, but he had only wanted us to put it on for the first two days, then leave it alone, keep it clean but that was it...none of it set well with me... you have to keep some moisture there of it will crack and bleed and make scabs, and take forever to heal.
So on the 9th day his blisters were ready to have the skin removed and we just happened to get the honey that day.. he did say that it burned when we first put it on, but it would go away after a little while.. so the first few days, or the oozy days, anyway it would burn a little at first... but the last picture was taken exactly 3 weeks to the day, that he did it.. I have never seen a burn heal that fast or that well... I LOVE MANUKA HONEY !!!!! What are you suffering from?
Not me, but my dog Tessie actually. She was hit by a car in front of my house in August of 2006. She suffered a broken shoulder that the vet said would heal up just fine since she was young (5 months). Only after 2 months did I realize she couldn't feel all the way down her leg FROM the shoulder. Took her back to the vet and he said it was brachial plexus avulsion (nerve damage), and that I could possibly be hoping against hope for up to 3 years that she would regain use and wanted to amputate then and there.
I took my dog and ran. I do not have a lot of money and my two dogs are my children, so I've worked on her at this point up to the year mark and she now feels down to mid-leg. The biggest problem I've had is that with the nerve damage it's rather like neuropathy and the skin and nerves disassociate. Couple that with the pressure from having to wear a splint and some atrocious ulcers and wounds would come up.
I cannot tell you how many ointments and potions I've tried. I had a little success with ozonated olive oil but the Manuka Honey was like a miracle. I actually saw her wounds start "closing" the first day I put it on.

I'm just a big believer in natural healing. It works for me and it's worked for my animals through the years. I had a great dane that lived to be 14 because of natural remedies and healing.

With the wearing of the splint, it still needs to be honeyed and cushioned, until the nerves completely regenerate it will remain a delicate area and I will continue to use Manuka Honey until we hopefully regain use of her leg.
I just can't tell you enough how incredible Manuka Honey is to me. As an interesting side note to you, I did run out of Manuka Honey and went into the 3 local health food stores here to see if they possibly carried it, and one man said to me in a rather snobby way, "well any honey will work." I didn't even waste my energy to tell him I had tried quite a few regular honey's and no, they did NOT work for me. Until my Manuka Honey arrives, I'm just using a local dark honey and sure enough, the wound on the front of the leg has begun to sort of "open" back up again...nothing extremely bad but it just proves to me the difference between Manuka and other honey's. Hi Elaine,
Just wanted to update you with the Extreme satisfaction and progress we have had with your Manuka Honey product for our family especially our 2 and half year old son. About 12 years ago I was in a Motor Vehicle Accident and went through the window not wearing my seatbelt. I suffered some pretty major burns to my upper body and face especially. How I wish they had this honey in use then as I went through a year and a half of hell to return to any semblance of a human being. I can tell you first hand that when you get a burn they give you this cream to put on but when they change the dressings the nightmare begins all over again because they usually do something with a brush and sponge called Debride which means they literally brush off the dead skin so new skin can grow in. This is the most painful part of all and just talking about it still to this day over 12 years later makes me jumpy! But with this experience, I have become sort of the expert with burns now and how to treat them. And of course it helps that I took some natural medicine classes along the way. Which I now find came in quite handy in this situation.
As a result of the accident I had all those years ago, I suffer from a seizure disorder, and though not often sometimes I have a seizure out of the blue that even I do not feel coming on. In October 2006, after just returning home from a busy day out and getting baths for our 2 young sons one almost 3 years and the other not yet 5 years old, we were all tired and getting settled in for the night with dinner and bath time etc. I had an episode out of the blue while holding our youngest son! I had been back and forth to the Doctor's office this whole month in October 2006 for a bad sinus infection that just would not go away even with antibiotics. And lucky for me too as our then just turned 2 year old son was still nursing only at night but still nursing... he was in the weaning stage... only nursing at bedtime.
We had a pan of water on to boil to make some tea as is tradition in our Japanese heritage and while holding our just turned 2 year old in my arms a seizure struck me and I fell to the floor somehow catching the pan of hot water with us and hot water hit my leg on the front of my jeans area and our son's leg on the thigh area and on part of his back. My husband, Bless him, plunged our young son into the by now tepid water from our older boy's bath and as he tells me, he let the water drain out as new cool water was let in.
My husband says he kept our son who he says never cried... no wonder... it was a complete shock to us all! My husband kept our son in the tub of cool water for quite a while. When I came to, our baby boy was lying on his tummy on a towel on the bed and my husband was trying to figure out what to do when I told him simply to go and get the Manuka Honey we had just purchased from you and bring it to me. I immediately slathered our boy with the honey not caring how much I put on him actually and put 2 hospital size abdominal pads (you can buy at CVS kind of like those women are given to use when they have a baby) over the honey and taped them to our son. Our son was burned from just below his shoulder blades to his waist I think the diaper saved it from going further on his bum. And on his one thigh leg area.
Off I sent my Husband to the local drug store and then I called our Doctor and she gave us a prescription for silvadene creme but it in no way was as good as the Manuka Honey. We used the Silvadene Creme on his leg but put the Manuka honey on his back and I must say, the photos speak for themselves. The back looks like a birth mark and even the doctor was amazed with the immaculate healing of your ACTIVE Manuka Honey product.
So we stopped using the Doctor Prescribed Silvadene cream and just used your Manuka Honey and it took I would say about 4 regular size Active Manuka Honey to heal it all completely. Maybe 10 months or so to completely heal though our son does say his leg is itching to put the honey on it. So we still use Manuka Honey on the leg but as you can see from the photos the honey worked far better than the Doctor prescribed standard of care: Silvadene Cream.
We would use a sterile saline wash in the first few weeks while the burns were still raw to clean the burns to his back, and leg areas and my leg and later we switched to Manuka honey soap and then applied the honey thick and dressed it with 2 abdominal bandages you get from the pharmacy onto his back and one half of an abdominal bandage to his thigh. 2 and 1 half abdominal bandages at one time changing the dressings every 24 hours or so. The beauty of the Active Manuka Honey is as it was healing and dressing time came I would cringe thinking this is the day our son will finally cry when the bandages have to come off because they will stick to the wounds. NOT ONE TIME DID OUR BOY CRY WITH Dressing changes as the honey prevented the skin from being ripped off and kept the burns sterile so they would heal like new skin and not leave a bad bad scar.
Just to let you know some folks when they get burned have nasty skin and it is rough. Not so with the honey. For whatever reason our son has baby soft new skin that though it is whiter than the normal skin he has it is just as soft if not softer and we contribute this also to the honey Your active Manuka honey 17+ UMF. The Doctor was so amazed she asked us for a bottle of the honey we use. And she thought the healing went so well she even told us it just looked "like a birthmark to our son's back and also that no surgeries would be necessary to our son's leg area" though it is a bit raised she just has us to still use the honey since our son says it does itch him still.
So we do still use some honey when he complains his leg itches. All in all, we ARE EXTREMELY happy with your Manuka Honey and now are sure to keep it on hand for Fu season, Allergy season and of course any cut, ouchies or BURNS. Here is a photo of our son at Christmas time last year about 2 months after the burn in October and as you can see he is happy and you could not look at him and tell he had a burn. By the way, my burn to my thigh area has healed and you cannot even tell where I was burned as there is not a scar at all and it was a burn maybe 8x11 inches in size across the front of my leg from my knee to my thigh area on the front of my leg. I just wanted to say thanks for making such a wonderful product. I have a 5 year old son, who has pretty sensitive skin. One night, we slept over at my mother-in-laws guest room, which can be pretty dusty because one stays / sleeps in there. When my son woke up, he had a small itchy, hard bump in the crook of his arm, I assumed maybe it was a spider bite. By the time 2 days passed, there was a cluster of those bumps, and the cluster was painful, very itchy, and oozing and crustingA LOT. I took him to our dermatologist, and he said it was "dyshidrotic eczema", which could have been something that was underlying in his body and perhaps had been aggravated by dust or dust mites.
The dermatologist prescribed a prescription steroid called "Mometasone Furoate" ointment. I went to the pharmacy and filled the prescription. When the pharmacist looked at my son's date of birth, she said, that I want to be sure to apply as SMALL amount of this ointment as possible, because it is very potent and can be harmful to children when used in a large amount. Being a person who does not like to use medicines in general, this warning made me very wary. I did not use the ointment on my young sons skin.

I wanted to thank you so much for the Manuka Honey that you had shipped to overnight for Saturday delivery. You might remember I ordered it to use on a rescued Italian Greyhound who was suffering from pressure sores after breaking a leg. The vet was thinking we would possibly have to put little Emma down due to the extent and spreading of the sores.
I am attaching pictures to show you what a difference the Manuka Honey made in just ONE NIGHT! The swelling has gone down enormously, there is no bleeding or oozing, the wounds are starting to close and look a nice healthy pink.
Emma even let me wash her sores with a sterile gauze pad without so much as a whimper or trying to pull her leg away.Previously, she would scream when the vet did a bandage change - the bandages came off bloody and crusty, Emma's skin would just peel off leaving more wounds.
The quality of the pictures is not great (my camera man is my 13 year old son), and I plan to submit more pictures to you as Emma heals - but I just had to show what a difference one night made with Manuka honey!
The pictures labeled day 1 and 2 are from doing honey bandages with local honey while I waited for the Manuka Honey to arrive. Day 3 pictures are after one night in a Manuka Honey bandage - the difference is amazing! The last picture Emma wanted me to send you so you could see what a happy girl you have made her.

Today Emma had an appointment with the vet. Needless to say, the vet was AMAZED! In 4 days of using Manuka Honey, the first and largest sore has healed and closed 80%. Of the secondary sores only one remains, it is free of infection and has healthy granulation and tissue. The other secondary sores are gone and hair has already started to grow back! The vet still thinks this might have been a brown recluse spider bite as initially there had been necrosis around the wounds.
Of course, the necrosis is all gone as well. Emma's skin has firmed up (it had been peeling off prior to using Manuka Honey) we were able to fully scrub her leg without any problems. Our vet confided in me that she was dreading our appointment today, because she thought for sure we would be putting Emma down.She called in other vets and vet techs to see the incredible progress on Emma's leg - everyone was amazed. The vet even asked for your website and plans to order herself some Manuka Honey! A big THANK YOU! We can not thank you enough - you have saved Emma's life!
